Sprinkle with distilled white vinegar shower. Then dip a sponge or a non-zero sponge with water. Spray or baking soda, borax or Bon Ami on the sponge and rub well. Then rinse thoroughly.
as for the elderly and also with the same problem. This works for me. Sponge Magic Blue is clean Lysol mixed with a little ammonia. Good luck

It works wonders on soap scum
Try Scubbing balls on the stamp. Or try Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Both work well. :)
