Kitchen Aid Ice Cream Is Liquid Nitrogen Safe For Cooking?

Is liquid nitrogen safe for cooking? - kitchen aid ice cream

I would just try to make ice cream in my kitchen, with liquid nitrogen, I've seen in videos, but apparently still a little dangerous. Is it really safe? still can not burn the throat, or what? lol

It is really an exciting way to make ice cream.
Liquid nitrogen is rediculously cold - cold as ice with your finger. Wear rubber-insulated. And, of course, do not eat until an acceptable temperature. Nitrogen is inert and therefore a threat not toxic. Use only with extreme caution and under professional supervision and guidance.

You will need the following equipment:

Stainless steel bowl
Wooden spoon for mixing
Gloves
A large sink or a home abroad.

The first digit corresponds to the amount that you want to do. Multiply the total amount frozen by five to obtain the required amount of liquid nitrogen to cool the ice. A gallon of ice it takes five liters of liquid nitrogen.

T MixMilk, cream, vanilla and sugar into the bowl. The proportion was twice the cream and vanilla 8 tablespoons per liter of fluid. The sugar should be about 1 cup per gallon bushel. If this is too sweet than half. I do not know how to react to artificial sweeteners, cold, so is not recommended to use them.
Do not hesitate to use your favorite recipe.

Mix the ingredients until dissolved the sugar in the milk and cream has. Add attachments (sweets, coffee,) other flavors. Move to the pool if not already there.

Pour in liquid nitrogen and stir gently with a wooden spoon until it is completely frozen, which is about 10 minutes should move. Wear gloves because this will be! COLD!.
For the best frEeze put the ice in a pressure cooker, then add liquid nitrogen, closed the clamp for 5 minutes.

Eat!

You can cookie dough or anything else into the mix. Do not worry, it freezes (believe me, he has no choice but too!).
Other variants may be through the replacement or addition of vanilla made with your choice:
Coffee (hot, strong and sweet is better) - with a few grains - Yum!
Cookie Dough - either homemade or shop bought to do.
Candy - The Milky Way is good in bits, like Heath Bar
Spirits - not about the low freezing point of liquid nitrogen is much less worry!

Good luck and kitchen safety!
